Spiti Georgia (Georgia's House) is our little summer house/apartment located in Dryos (Golden Beach) on Paros Island, Cyclades, Greece

It has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4 max, lounge, kitchenette, WC, and 2 very big balconies with views over to: Naxos, Ios, Sikinos, Iraklia, Schinoussa, and Folegandros..

It has been deliberately designed as a “chill out pad" and we choose not to have any internet / wifi connected.

It has no TV and no clocks…time to switch off the mobile phone and hide your watch...take time out from the world and put your feet up.

We have made a "video" of Spiti Georgia...Please click on this link : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ynJxxNvBgOU

PAROS: Paros is in The Cyclades Islands and is between Mykonos and Santorini. Our properties are in towns called Drios (Dryos) and Aspro Xorio in the south of Paros Island. Drios is small and sleepy, with just enough tavernas and bars / supermarket / chemist etc. Golden Beach, perhaps the best beach on the island, filled with great bars and tavernas, is attached to Drios. The glorious Greek harbour town of Piso Livadi is a 10 minute drive, here you will find some outstanding tavernas and bars, plus day trips to Mykonos and Santorini.

Getting there (from the UK) : Have you got a wonderful sense of adventure?....Paros does not have an international airport so it makes it a little difficult to get to. We like this though, as it keeps the island a bit more remote than the other nearby islands. There are 2 flights a day from LGW to Athens, Mykonos or Santorini with Easyjet ( we find flying into Mykonos the easiest way in getting to Paros) From here you can easily catch ferries to Paros. A ferry from Mykonos to Paros takes 45 mins, from Santorini 90 mins and from Athens 4 hrs.

You can also fly from LHR to ATH or Mykonos or Santorini using BA or Aegean Airlines. If you fly in to ATH, you can connect to Paros (PAS) using Olympic. There are 3 -4 flights from ATH-PAS a day and these take about 25 mins (approx 90 Euros + tax, but it is wise to book these very early on)..These are on little propeller aircraft and can be a bit bumpy…but good fun!

For all of our Scottish friends, you can now fly from Edinburgh to Athens directly. From Athens you can easily connect to Paros via a short flight or a ferry.

Please do not hesitate to contact us if you need more information.
